COURSE OVERVIEW

The role of a SHE Representative (SHE REP) is essential in upholding safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the workplace. As a SHE REP, one plays a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization and advocating for the well-being of colleagues.

• The purpose, structure, and responsibilities of an HSE committee
• The common causes of incidents in the workplace
• The fundamental principles of incident prevention

By the end of this SHE Rep course, a deep understanding of occupational health and safety practices, regulations, and risk management will be gained.
